-RV Park Cancellation Policy — Short-Term Stays

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. Please review our cancellation policy below for short-term RV site reservations (nightly or weekly stays):

1. Cancellations Made in Advance

7 or more days prior to arrival: A full refund will be issued, minus a $10 processing fee.
3–6 days prior to arrival: A 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 72 hours prior to arrival: No refund will be issued.

2. No-Shows If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not contacted us, your reservation will be considered a no-show and will be canceled without refund.

3. Early Departures No refunds will be given for early departures after check-in.

4. Date Changes Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before your original arrival date. If approved, your deposit will be transferred to the new dates.

5. Weather-Related Cancellations Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations unless the park is officially closed due to severe conditions.

6. Refund Processing All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment.

-Long-Term RV Stay Cancellation Policy

Reservation Deposits A deposit of $150 is required to reserve a long-term RV site (one month or longer). This deposit will be applied toward the first month’s rent at check-in. Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled.

Cancellations Before Arrival

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of any prepaid rent, minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to one week’s rent if the site cannot be rebooked.

No-Shows Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date and have not contacted the office within 24 hours will be considered a “no-show.” The reservation will be cancelled, and all deposits and prepaid rent will be forfeited.

Early Departures For long-term stays, no refunds or prorations will be given for early departures. Once a monthly stay has begun, rent is non-refundable for that month, regardless of departure date.

Extensions or Renewals Extensions are subject to availability and current rates. Monthly rent must be paid in full by the due date to hold your site.

Exceptions Management reserves the right to make limited exceptions for documented emergencies at its discretion.
